ABOUT THE COMPANY Innovations Egypt is a construction and fit-out company delivering premium commercial, office, retail, F&B, and residential spaces through disciplined planning, coordinated execution, and quality-focused project management. ROLE OVERVIEW Execute and monitor architectural and interior finishing works on time-sensitive commercial and administrative fit-out projects, ensuring that approved drawings are translated into accurate, high-quality site work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervise daily architectural finishing works, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, painting, and joinery. • Review approved drawings and site measurements; identify discrepancies and coordinate resolutions before installation. • Organize subcontractor activities and daily work fronts to meet short-interval targets and delivery milestones. • Coordinate interfaces with MEP and other trades to prevent clashes, abortive work, and rework. • Monitor workmanship, material usage, site progress, inspection requests, and compliance with approved specifications. • Prepare daily reports, executed quantities, progress photos, material requests, and site updates. • Raise technical issues promptly, follow up pending approvals, and support procurement and technical office teams. • Inspect finishing quality, prepare snag lists, and follow through to closure before handover. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture. • 4–6 years of architectural site experience, including directly relevant fast-track office, retail, F&B, or commercial fit-outs. • Sound technical knowledge of interior finishing systems, shop drawings, materials, and QA/QC practices. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and site reporting; ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors. • Hands-on attitude, attention to finishing details, and ability to work under demanding delivery schedules.
