About the role
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based for a MEP Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensure projects are executed within scope, timeframes, and quality standards, and coordinate with subcontractors and team members. Responsibilities include enforcing safety protocols, monitoring resources, and maintaining project documentation to ensure adherence to company standards. The role also involves communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues that may arise. Qualifications Strong leadership, team coordination, and decision-making skills Project management and scheduling abilities Knowledge of construction safety standards and building regulations Proficiency in site documentation and reporting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and work under deadline in a dynamic environment Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or related role Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
