Quality Assurance Head (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)Work location: Lebanon | Full-Time Important Note: This position is open to Lebanese nationals only. European Pharmaceutical Industries is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Head to lead the Quality Assurance function at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Lebanon's is an excellent opportunity for a senior pharmaceutical quality professional with proven leadership experience and a strong background in GMP and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System (QMS). Oversee batch record review and product release activities. Lead internal audits, supplier audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits. Manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, risk assessments, complaints, and investigations. Ensure compliance with local and international pharmaceutical regulations. Lead and develop the QA team while driving a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with Production, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and R&D to ensure product quality and compliance. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Master's degree is an advantage). Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. At least 5 years of leadership experience in Quality Assurance. Strong knowledge of: GMP Pharmaceutical Quality Systems (QMS) CAPA Change Control Risk Management Validation Regulatory inspections and audits Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is mandatory. Lebanese nationality is mandatory for this position. Preferred Experience in multinational or well-established pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. Experience working with international regulatory authorities and inspections.
