Job Summary We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to own the day-to-day commercial and technical operation of an e-commerce website and keep improving the online customer journey. Product Catalogue: Maintain accurate, consistently structured data across roughly 1,000 SKUs, including names, descriptions, categories, prices, images and stock. Merchandising: Manage category ordering, featured products, new arrivals, best sellers, and cross-selling and up-selling. Product Page Optimization: Improve imagery, titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, trust elements and the add-to-cart experience. Conversion Rate Optimization: Find friction across the funnel, develop hypotheses, coordinate implementation and measure the results. Mobile E-Commerce: Treat the site as mobile-first, covering galleries, variation selection, checkout, page speed and promotions. Analytics & Funnel Analysis: Use GA4 to monitor sessions, conversion rate, revenue and page performance, then turn findings into clear recommendations. CRM Automation: Build, maintain and optimize Email and WhatsApp flows, including cart abandonment, welcome, post-purchase and order messages. Customer Segmentation: Keep customer data clean and build segments such as new, repeat, high-value and lapsed customers. Retention: Grow the repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value. Technical Coordination: Work with developers on bugs, WooCommerce functionality, themes and plugins, tracking and new features. Campaign Implementation: Make sure landing pages, banners, offers and links are set up correctly for each campaign. Tracking & Data Quality: Keep tracking accurate across GA4, Google Ads and Meta. SEO Support: Coordinate on page titles, structured content and metadata. Shipping & Customer Journey: Monitor the delivery experience and shipping messaging. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales, product performance, funnel metrics and UX findings. Must-Have 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing an online store Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels and conversion optimization Experience in catalogue management and website analytics Experience building or managing automated CRM and lifecycle flows, such as abandoned carts Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and attention to detail Strong Advantage WooCommerce, WordPress and GA4 experience Saudi/GCC, retail or home/lifestyle experience CRO experience, Google Tag Manager and basic HTML/CSS SEO knowledge Experience with shipping integrations such as Aramex Core Competencies Analytical thinking: you understand how website decisions affect revenue Enough technical understanding to communicate effectively with developers Commercial awareness of products, margins, inventory and customer behavior A CRO mindset and strong attention to detail Organization and problem-solving across many products and tasks
