About the role
We're Hiring | Pharmaceutical Department Heads | Lebanon European Pharmaceutical Industries is seeking experienced pharmaceutical professionals to join our manufacturing leadership team in Lebanon. We are looking for accomplished leaders to head the following departments: Production – Oral Solid Dosage Forms (OSD) Sterile Manufacturing Quality Assurance (QA) Quality Control (QC) Research & Development (R&D) Supply Chain Warehouse Key Responsibilities Lead and manage departmental operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Develop and execute departmental strategies aligned with business objectives. Ensure full compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards. Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, quality, and operational performance. Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support manufacturing excellence. Drive operational improvements, cost optimization, and process efficiency. Participate in audits, regulatory inspections, investigations, and CAPA activities as applicable. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (preferred) or a relevant Science discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Previous experience leading a department or managing a team in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas: Oral Solid Dosage Forms (OSD) Sterile Manufacturing Quality Assurance Quality Control Research & Development Supply Chain Warehouse Operations Strong understanding of GMP, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to relocate and work full-time in Lebanon.
