We’re Hiring | Formulation Supervisors – Detergents & Cosmetics 📍 Lebanon | Full-Time | On-SiteEuropean Pharmaceutical Industries is seeking experienced formulation professionals to join our manufacturing team in Lebanon.We are currently hiring for two positions: Detergents Formulation Supervisor Cosmetics Formulation Supervisor Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and optimize product formulations according to quality and performance requirements. Conduct laboratory trials, stability testing, and product development activities. Evaluate and select appropriate raw materials and formulation ingredients. Support the scale-up of formulations from laboratory trials to commercial production. Troubleshoot formulation, stability, quality, and production-related issues. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and other departments during product development and commercialization. Maintain accurate formulation records, specifications, and technical documentation. Drive continuous improvement in product quality, performance, and cost efficiency. RequirementsDetergents Formulation Supervisor Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in detergent formulation or chemical manufacturing. Hands-on experience in detergent formulation and product development. Strong knowledge of raw materials, surfactants, additives, and formulation techniques. Experience in laboratory trials, stability testing, and production scale-up. Cosmetics Formulation Supervisor Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in cosmetics formulation or personal care manufacturing. Hands-on experience in cosmetic formulation and product development. Strong knowledge of cosmetic raw materials, active ingredients, emulsifiers, preservatives, and formulation techniques. Experience in laboratory trials, stability testing, and production scale-up. Good knowledge of GMP and cosmetic quality standards. General Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot formulation and production-related issues. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Good command of English. Willingness to relocate and work full-time in Lebanon.
