About the role
Innovations Egypt is a construction and fit-out company delivering premium commercial, office, retail, F&B, and residential spaces through disciplined planning, coordinated execution, and quality-focused project management. ROLE OVERVIEW Develop, maintain, and analyze realistic programmes for fast-track commercial and administrative fit-out projects, helping project managers anticipate constraints and achieve on-time handover. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Build detailed baseline programmes and work breakdown structures covering design, approvals, procurement, execution, and handover. • Develop logical activity relationships, critical paths, milestones, resource requirements, and site-specific look-ahead plans. • Collect actual progress from project teams and update schedules using validated site data. • Prepare weekly dashboards, S-curves, planned-versus-actual analysis, manpower histograms, and management reports. • Highlight slippages, forecast completion risks, and propose practical mitigation and recovery schedules. • Coordinate with project managers, procurement, technical office, site engineers, and subcontractors on planning inputs. • Track long-lead materials, drawing approvals, access constraints, dependencies, and key client decisions. • Maintain schedule revisions and supporting records for variation, delay, and extension-of-time assessments when applicable. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline. • 4–6 years of construction planning experience with proven involvement in fast-track office, retail, F&B, or commercial fit-outs. • Strong Primavera P6 and/or MS Project capability, including baselines, critical paths, updates, and recovery programmes. • Advanced Excel and clear progress reporting; sound understanding of fit-out sequencing and subcontractor interfaces. • Analytical mindset, attention to deadlines, and ability to challenge incomplete or unrealistic progress information.
