You pay for the steps you choose — sourcing, screening and interviews are work we deliver whether or not you end up hiring. Payment is always 50% upfront and 50% after the hire: the second half is only due once a candidate is hired. There is never a percentage-of-salary placement fee.

We review and publish a Managed role within 1 business day of it being submitted and paid, and you can watch applicants and progress live in your portal. How quickly a shortlist is ready depends on the role and the market — your recruiter shares candidates as soon as they've been screened and reviewed. On Self-service, your role goes live as soon as you pay and applicants are AI-ranked as they arrive.

Yes. You can pay by card, bank transfer or InstaPay — card payment depends on your currency (EGP today), and checkout shows the options that apply to you. Every role is paid in two halves — 50% upfront and 50% after the hire — whether you buy one step, several steps or the full process. Prices are shown to the cent, for example 29.99 USD for one step. Invoices and receipts are available as PDFs in your portal.

Self-service means you post the role yourself: your role goes live on the TEDGE job board, our AI scores every applicant, and you review, shortlist and reject them yourself in your portal. It is priced by the role's level, the same as our Job posting & sourcing step. Managed means TEDGE recruiters do the work for you — sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, Wuzzuf, Upwork, Facebook, Instagram and our database, AI plus human screening, interviews and onboarding support — and you pay only for the steps you pick.

Not by default. Roles are published without your company name unless you ask us to show it.

CVs are stored privately and only opened through short-lived links. You only see candidates TEDGE shares with you (or, on Self-service, people who applied to your role), and candidates agree to data processing when they apply. Candidates with accounts can delete their data at any time.

Yes. On a Managed role choose "Help me write it" and our team drafts it for your approval before it goes live. On any plan you can also use the "Write with AI" button to draft the description and requirements yourself, then edit them.
